The path of the designer is beset on all sides by the unaesthetics of Comic Sans and deadlines of ignorant men. Blessed is she, who in the name of creation and beauty, shepherds the ignorant through the valley of Typography, for she is truly patient, and the finder of good color palettes. And I will strike down upon thee with great brushes and furious web safe colors those who would attempt to use Arial and not Helvetica, and destroy my designs. And you will know my name is THE DESIGNER when I lay my Photoshops upon thee!

Disclaimer: I realize this whole entry makes me sound like a pretentious booze snob, but I don't rightly care, because I know it's not true. I'm not allowed into the Booze Snob Club since I've been known to chug champagne and drink Bud Light, so take all this with a couple of grains of salt, preferably with a lime and a shot of tequila...
